The UK’s first ever student property investment comparison portal has been launched by digital advertising company Lead Galaxy.

The portal, www.StudentProperty.Investments, is looking to take advantage of the booming, ever-growing student accommodation sector. The website allows investors to search and compare investment opportunities in this thriving market.

It also allows investors to search and compare by yield, terms, buyback or starting prices.

Enquiries about multiple listings are possible with a single click, while the portal aims to make filtering results quick and pain-free. Thanks to its design, the website is available on all mobile devices, meaning that investors can search and compare while on the go.

Detailed information about the pros and cons of investing in the student accommodation market are provided on the website for first-time or novice investors. This comes in the form of a downloadable mini-guide, which also aims to show investors how to choose the best deal for them.

“This new site will be a focal point for our marketing activity in relation to this category of investment,” Dan Johnson, CEO at Lead Galaxy, said.

“We think it’s a neat way to compare the deals that are on the market, using the deal attributes that are most important to investors. While it’s undoubtedly a useful tool for developers looking to benchmark their product against the market, it’s particularly useful for investors looking to compare the key metrics of the deals that are on the market.”
