Hodson Developments is ready to release the next phase of apartments at its Viridium development in Camberley this weekend.

Located just off London Road, the popular development has already garnered plenty of interest among local buyers and buyers from further afield. They will bring one, two and three bedroom apartments to the market, in addition to five new penthouses.

Investors, first-time buyers and downsizers all took advantage of the first phase of apartments, and the second phase is expected to attract a similar and diverse range of homebuyers. 

“Given the success of our first phase at Viridium, we are very excited to be launching the next phase of stylish apartments here in Camberley,” Christie Alaimo, Sales Director for Hodson Developments, commented. 

“The award-winning apartments will offer homebuyers a high quality home in a popular town centre location with both appealing balconies and private parking.”

Prospective buyers will be able to try before they buy, by visiting the new show home at Viridium this weekend.

“Our properties at Viridium have appealed to a wide range of homebuyers but our ground floor apartments have proved especially attractive to downsizers,” Alaimo added. “These spacious properties offer a convenient and modern lifestyle whilst still being able to gain access to an attractive patio garden. This, together with a town centre location as well as secure parking, will make the next release of properties particularly welcome to the local downsizer market.”

Prices for the next phase of apartments begin at £280,950 for a one bedroom apartment and from £307,950 for a two bedroom apartment.
