Connells Residential, one of the UK’s largest estate agencies, is launching Invest Fest – its first ever event dedicated to property investment.

At the event, guests will receive a range of tips and information on everything from property management to finance and mortgaging services.

As well as the opportunity to talk to a number of trained property experts, guests will also get a glimpse of some buy-to-let properties that haven’t yet been placed on the open market.

Invest Fest will also see key speakers take to the stage, with an up-to-date market overview taking place.

Investors can attend between 1-3pm or 6-8pm, with refreshments served and plenty of opportunities to network.

Elizabeth Brown, Divisional Managing Director at Connells, commented that the event: “provides the perfect opportunity for investors – from those looking to make their first purchase to those looking to increase their portfolios – to find out more about the industry and learn how to make the most from their investments.”

The first Invest Fest is set to take place at the Malmaison in Birmingham on the 23rd September.

It is free to attend but places are limited. You can register your interest by contacting: [email protected].
