For extra security, you could add a clause to the tenancy agreement that asks pet owners to pay for a professional deep clean if they do choose to leave.

Add some home comforts

Many new tenants won’t own much furniture or large items and may not be able to afford new ones. So, providing some necessary pieces like a bed frame can be very attractive. If you’re looking to attract families, consider offering items such as dining chairs set of 6. You could also choose to include white goods such as a fridge, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Keep the garden design simple so it’ll be easy to look after. If you want to add some colours utilise options such as hanging baskets and plant pots. This way, it’ll be attractive to tenants and something they can change to match their tastes in the future.
