If you were thinking whether it’s worth spending the money on your property, then the answer will always be Yes.

House extension ? Loft conversion ? Remodelling of interior spaces ? New kitchen or bathroom ? Or full redecorating ?

It all depends on your budget and what you need from your property, but whatever you do, it will pay off in the long run. The quickest way of adding some value to your house is to create an extra room, simple as that. But again, do you need that extra room? Maybe you just need to remodel the space, so it suits your current family situation and requirements. Think wisely and do what is best for the moment in time. Maybe just replacing your old knackered kitchen or refurbishing of the bathroom, will give you what you need from your house at the moment.

At the time of me typing this, the world has come to what we have not seen before, at least the people who did not live through the wars… The world is in the battle with Covid-19 and everyone is confused what to do and what not to do.  Difficult to advise, but from business perspective, I would love for everyone not go under the ground but keep living your lives.

Small construction companies are dependant on domestic customers and home renovations. It’s probably not essential at this moment in time, but it’s the only way for us to keep existing…

So, people, please invest in your properties, keep renovating and doing house refurbishments. We will keep serving all our clients and will keep paying the taxes, that pay for all other services in our society.

In this time of uncertainty and unprecedented challenges for the whole country, our thoughts are with our customers and partners. With rapid announcements and the situation changing on a daily basis, I’ve been constantly impressed by the way our communities have adapted, and how quickly we’ve come to terms with new and different ways of living and working.

That said, the impact is being felt by individuals and businesses alike, so at LGC Decorators Ltd, I’m overseeing measures that will ensure our services continue to meet our customers’ needs.
