What is your property prediction for the next 12 months?
I believe that property prices will continue to rise in the next 12 months. We have witnessed the fastest annual growth in more than 17 years, throughout March this year. A combination of an undersupply of homes in the UK and robust demand has put upward pressure on prices.
We may see the rate of growth for house prices ease off somewhat, due inflation pressure and interest rate rises; however, I believe prices will still be on an upward trajectory in the coming year.
The North West, particularly Manchester and Greater Manchester will be one of the top areas to invest in 2022.
