Why did you choose Cape Verde as the location for your developments?

For the availability of beach front land, the great climate, security and that it is a politically stable country with the potential of strong economic growth. In addition, the Cape Verdean people are very friendly and there is a high demand for tourism and airlift.

Completing MELIÃ Dunas Beach Resort & Spa given its sheer size and the cost along with the number of different items that required consideration against logistical challenges, and alterations and the various amendments throughout the build program.
