Q: What does it say on your business card?
We aren’t really into Job titles, but I run the show!

Q: Who are Claremont?
Claremont Property Group is a family owned business that specialise in acquiring and managing residential property investments for our extensive private client base.

Q: How long have Claremont been trading?
We have been trading since 1999 and have been through the highs and lows of the property market.

Q: How did it all start?
We started buying property ourselves for refurbishment, and then sourcing property for friends and family and things grew from there to the group today!

Q: Why choose Claremont?
Because we are investors ourselves and have been through every process that our clients will experience, we understand what they feel and can help them through any uncertainties and anxieties about investing in property.

Q: What are your three unique selling points?
1)    We are investors ourselves
2)    We source genuine investment opportunities
3)    We provide a one stop show – taking care of the mortgage, sale and rentals.

Q: Who do you currently work with?
We work with all the major buyers and sellers of property.

Q: How do you overcome your competitors?
By making sure that we only source genuine investment opportunities and not just run of the mill.

Q: How do you create value for your clients (how do you go above the call of duty)?
We take care of every aspect of the client’s investment. We are proactive no reactive.

Q: What is your greatest achievement and what made it so special?
One of our greatest achievements was the £25million deal for half the apartments in Birmingham’s Iconic Rotunda building. What made it so special is that we were able to get the deal so early in planning.
Another great achievement is surviving the economic storm in 2008.

Q: What do you feel it takes to be successful in the industry?
Knowledge is power in this industry so research, research, research!
Also the ability to sniff out a good deal!

Q: Are you offering any special promotions?
Our latest investment opportunity is student accommodation housing offering investors a 13% gross yield.
