Q: Who are Mayfair & Morgan?

Mayfair & Morgan is a property Crowdfunding company which specialises in Property Portfolio Management, undertaking development projects and investments with co-investors. The company has extensive experience of Residential Property, General Commercial Property and Specialist Data Centres. We invest across a number of countries.

Q: How long have Mayfair & Morgan been trading?

Mayfair & Morgan Ltd was incorporated in 2010 in Guernsey, and opened offices in the UK in 2012 and Dubai in 2014.

Q: How did it all start?

The financial crash of 2007 hit the business world hard, but also presented a great many opportunities. However, the traditional sources of finance, most notably the banks, have all but given up on property investing in Europe. Crowdfunding has stepped up to fill the void left by banks and, through the accessibility of social media,  the extended reach enabled individuals with relatively small amounts of money to access very profitable opportunities. Mayfair and Morgan has established itself at the forefront of this exciting new industry.

Q: Why choose Mayfair & Morgan?

Mayfair & Morgan offers the opportunity to invest in fully managed, profitable property portfolios with a minimum investment is low as £1000. We buy small portfolios of residential properties and minimize risk through diversity. Mayfair & Morgan manage the portfolios using professional property agents and maintenance contractors for, typically, 5 years. Our investments are structured to return an annual rate of 13% to 16%, with an overall return on investment of 80% to 100% after 5 years. Most importantly; Mayfair & Morgan are co-investors in these portfolios – we are the first to invest and the last to exit, so investors can be sure we’re doing our very best to succeed for all involved. Take a look at our short video for more info.

Q: What are your three unique selling points?

The key differentiator of our offer is our co-investor status, and the main USP’s of our portfolios are:

1. High return on investment

2 . Stable and secure assets

3.  Ease of investment with a clear exit plan

Q: Who do you currently work with?

We work with two key groups: the first is the investor seeking solid investments with good returns and the second is the property developer community seeking investment to develop their projects. Coincidentally, the disintermediation of the banks means that it is easy to structure crowdfunding investments to be sharia compliant, so we are also working with Sharia investors.

Q: How do you create value for your clients (how do you go above the call of duty)?

In a word: co-investing.  Through co-investing we align the interests of Mayfair & Morgan with the interests of the crowdfunder. This is very different to encouraging people to invest in projects that one would not invest in oneself. In addition, we make sure the whole process is kept as efficient and easy as possible. We manage the properties, the investments and the returns, so our investors can relax in the knowledge their investment is being professionally cared for.
