Due to the success of our last year’s London event at the Grand Connaught Rooms, which saw over 1,000 registered Landlords and Property Professionals attend, the Landlord Investment Team are delighted to announce we have moved to a bigger venue to meet the demand from both exhibitors and attendees!
Our new London venue is Kensington Olympia Conference Centre.
This will be the 8th show that our events team have successfully organised and managed to date.
We have already seen hundreds of Landlords pre-register for this fantastic one day event!

10am – 5.15pm Exhibition hall opens – Come and meet over 40 Property professionals who can help you with all aspects within the private rented sector including:
Financial, legal, Landlord Insurance, Referencing, Tax Advice, Local Council, Associations + much more.
Exciting new addition to the show “Investment Zone”a dedicated area within the main exhibition hall which features hundreds of investment properties for sale including student accommodation, 1,2 bedroom apartments and 1-4 bedroom houses for sale throughout the Southern, Northern England and Scotland.
10.30am- Seminar rooms 1, 2& 3 open, we will be running over 20 seminars throughout the day, each seminar is delivered by industry experts and they are completely complimentary!

Take part in our speed networking sessions which will be running throughout the day in the Foyer reception
A bit like speed dating, each intensive 40-minute session will consist of quick four-minute one-to-one meetings with people spanning a range of sectors and industries. Every four minutes, the bell will ring and you will move onto the next table so stock up on business cards and prepare to pitch yourself and your business to leave a lasting impression.
