Where are you based? I’m predominantly based in our Manchester office because the market is so strong there at the moment, but I also spend a few days a month in our central London office.

How can your company help property investors? Sequre is experienced at negotiating a range of buy-to-let property investment deals across the UK from banks, receivers, house builders and developers. Therefore, whether an investor is looking for just one investment property, or to build a large buy to let portfolio, we can help them find the right deal.

What is your firm's USP? Definitely the quality of our property deals. We have investors that have been buying with us for many years. These relationships have developed through us consistently sourcing excellent property opportunities that meet investors’ criteria, whether they are looking for high yields, large discounts, or a combination of both.

What about buying trends? The student investment market is beginning to decline as investors become increasingly concerned with oversupply and unsustainable guaranteed yields. Investors are now favouring straightforward, reliable buy to let property in solid locations with high yields and a clear exit strategy.

How interested are you in property? Obsessed! At Sequre we all live for property investment and are building our own portfolios whenever possible. There are so many different factors involved in successful property investment that we take great pride in continually developing our knowledge and putting our experience to use in helping investors to achieve their financial goals.
